2014 Abarth Day : over 150 vehicles gathered together !

Key event of the brand, the ABARTH DAY stood once again as an opportunity to gather out-and-out fans of the brand with the Scorpion.

It is the most important gathering of ABARTH in France and in Europe to date : with over 150 vehicles on the circuit of La Ferté Gaucher, the event was a real success for the brand belonging to the FIAT group.

For that special day, ORECA Events had organised on behalf of ABARTH France a custom-made event in order to gather the most faithful customers together but also to create a communication campaign around the brand’s DNA. The meeting allowed the brand to gather together different ABARTH owners who all share the brand’s values and to retain them by introducing some new features and latest additions.

Abarth Day

ORECA Events was responsible for :

  • Registration management
  • Planning the day (booking the locations, creating a programme of activities, proposing and selecting additional activities to the day on the circuit, customising the event according to Abarth’s image and/or entertaining activities…)
  • Catering management
  • Proposing, managing and participating in the activities meeting the needs of the partnership between Sport Auto and Abarth France.
  • Recruiting and managing the staff for the day (instructors, hostesses, activity leaders)
  • Taking care of the programme and its organisation overall (managing the on-track tests and the taxi-drives in Abarth 500 Assetto Corse, supervising the Driving sessions, the entertaining activities, looking after the participants…)
