Allopneus, specializing in tire sales on the internet and based in Aix-en-Provence, organized its third annual franchisee convention at the Paul Ricard Circuit last April 27 and 28.
Allopneus executives wished to conduct their event in an exceptional location that fits with the company’s image. Two objectives were set : evoke future prospectives and new things to come for the network of franchisees ; and facilitate intra-communication in order to encourage a real sense of team spirit.
ORECA Events was commissioned to organize the two day event at the Castellet circuit.

Our schedule of activities was built around two highlights. The first day focused on communication. So we reserved a conference room at the heart of the circuit facilities allowing every participant the chance to speak in the best conditions possible.
The following day, the seminar took a completely different direction, with several activities on and off the track organized for the 130 participants : guided tour of the F1 infrastructure at the Paul Ricard Circuit, reflex testing on motion simulators, timed slalom runs behind the wheel of a Toyota GT86, driving experiences in a Porsche Cayman and Ferrari 458 Italia at the Driving Center and the 1.8km GT circuit.
The participants had an extremely varied program with no down time, where fun and excitement quickly spread among all those in attendance, as explained by comments after the event : « Allopneus gave us an incredible experience ! It was a pleasure to speak with representatives of the brand and other franchisees in such incredible conditions ! »
