Looking to reposition as a premium brand, Alfa Romeo wanted to gather its dealers in order to introduce them to the brand’s first SUV. After over than a century of car manufacturing, the brand aimed to make a big splash in the market and become leader in the premium SUV segment.
How? Through different static and dynamic exercises, the participants, including salesmen and dealerships managers, had an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the vehicle as well as with other premium SUVs, within an environment which matched the brand’s DNA perfectly.
Hoping to immerse the participants in the Stelvio universe, participants were invited near the Lac Léman; the first slopes of the Alpes were ideal to highlight this SUV’s 280 horsepower.
Alfa Romeo wanted to insist on spirit and mindset, so we organised a talk delivered by renowned sportsman Edgard Grospiron (former mogul skiing Olympic Champion), around the central theme: ‘motivation as a driving force for action’.
Finally, in order to support Alfa Romeo’s positioning within the premium sector, the whole training was also focused on delighting participants. High-end hotel, plenty of attentions for the guests; we tailored the experience by insisting on the details which make and enhance Alfa Romeo universe.
