Multiline insurer, principal provider of travel insurance and assistance, Allianz offers a large range of products across 80 countries. In France the brand relies on around 1.100 full-time employees bringing quality advice to their 5 million customers.
As part of their exclusive committee, Allianz’s main managers wished to gather together in order to discuss the company’s performance objectives. Our mission was simple: to find a hotel within a prestigious environment, in direct proximity to a motorsport track.
Our first decision was to suggest a 4* hotel at the heart of Provence, near the famous Paul Ricard circuit at Le Castellet: the Dolce Frégate. This hotel offers several meeting rooms as well as a conference centre fitted with the most recent technologies. In total, 3 meetings got scheduled throughout the event. To galvanize these two intense working days, we devised a Porsche Cayman driving programme.
