For their 3rd annual convention for its franchisees, Allopneus board of directors sought an exceptional location, not too far from their headquarters. They targeted the Paul Ricard circuit, temple of motorsport in France and fantastic site for performance.
This event served two purposes: firstly to communicate about the network’s future prospects, secondly to facilitate exchanges with franchisees in order to engender a real team spirit.
Our working process happened in two phases, each in relation to one of Allopneus objectives. We decided to dedicate the first day of the event to carrying the brand’s messages through a gathering that we prepared and organised in one of the circuit’s meeting rooms. On the following day, the seminar turned into something completely different, with many activities on and around the track, for the 130 guests attending: GT driving courses, timed challenges, tours of F1 facilities…
