Offering a VIP package during the race

The 24 Hours of Le Mans are considered one of the 3 most prestigious motorsport competitions together with the Monaco Grand Prix and the Indianapolis 500. This legendary race has marked motorsport history worldwide. The greatest drivers and most important manufacturers have competed there.
In 2015 TOYOTA returned to Le Mans after a second-place finish the preceding year, pitted against Audi and Porsche. In order to mark that event as well as to capitalize on the image of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, TOYOTA Europe wanted to offer a VIP package during the race. Their major constraints were to have a welcoming and premium hospitality space, to stand out visually from German manufacturers and to develop an entertainment programme.

Our response

 

A 800m² reception space along the track

In order to fully meet TOYOTA Europe expectations, we designed a two-floor and 800m² VIP area which we built just before the pit lane. All guests enjoyed an exceptional reception space comprising a terrace with panoramic view of the track, a bar on the first floor and a cinema to follow the race live. Additionally, we also offered a rich and attractive activity programme combining tours of the pits, trips to legendary corners in VIP shuttle and private box access.

This 2015 edition marked the 4th year of collaboration with TOYOTA in Le Mans.
