Major car rental company Ucar entrusted ORECA Events with the organisation of their annual convention, gathering all franchise holders, to exchange with them and communicate around the brand’s developments.
The one-and-a-half-days event took place at the Dolce Fregate, a 4* hotel located in Le Var hinterland (France). Looking to create a memorable convention, ensuring that all participants have a great time, ORECA Events combined fun activities with working sessions.
An unforgettable event
For Ucar, this convention was an opportunity to present the brand’s new visual identity. That’s why ORECA Events devised an event that could make an impact on the 130 guests.
The event started in the morning of 18th November with a plenary session to introduce Ucar’s new graphic identity and most particularly its new logo. On that occasion, ORECA Group’s CEO and founder Hugues de Chaunac also attended. The day then continued with a lunch on the Dolce Fregate terrace, for all participants.
After lunch, franchise holders took part in different activities set up in one of the Dolce Fregate’s rooms. Those workshops were led by Ucar staff members (or their partners), introducing training and advising solutions for franchise holders’ employees. No less than 25 workshops were available and participants had the opportunity to participate in the activities of their choice.
To round off the day, guests attended a gala dinner at the Pavillon Fregate and enjoyed cocktails. A ceremony was organised to reward different franchise holders according to their performances.
The following morning, participants had the opportunity to drive go-karts at the Paul Ricard Circuit and were given a tour of ORECA’s competition workshops. The event came to an end with a brunch at the Paul Ricard Circuit’s restaurant with a panoramic view over the track.
ORECA Group, through its events agency, arranged that evening event, which all guests enjoyed, though most of them did not know much about the company itself to start with. They found out that ORECA Events can meet the requests of brands or businesses of all sectors.
