Established in 1970 as a cooperative group of opticians, Atol (l’Association des Techniciens en Optique et Lunetterie) stands as the 4th brand in the optics market in France. Their network comprises 800 stores and generates a turnover of around 400 million euros.
The board of directors of the South-East branch wished to organise an incentive day for the 40 main franchisees. They aimed to break with traditional corporate events and to engender a true team spirit around the world of motorsport.
For this event, we decided to program a day with few breaks only, giving lots of time to 4 dynamic workshops: tour of the different facilities at the Paul Ricard circuit, timed slalom on board an Audi TT RS, one-to-one coaching on Audi R8 V10 and pit stop challenge. Our idea was to stir up emotions and instigate exchanges between participants.
